The standards evaluated by the Joint Commission International accreditation provide meaningful measurements to improve the quality and safety of patient care across all clinical and administrative functions of the intensive care hospital, as well as driving continuous performance improvements. This program, called Qmentum International, is based on the prestigious Canadian health model that has been developed through extensive research and experience.<\/p>

The Qmentum International standards of excellence cover the entire continuum of healthcare. Organizations in all sectors of healthcare use the core standards, while service-specific standards are applied to clinical services based on their safety profile.<\/p>

There are also standards for effective organization, infection prevention and control, and medication management that are specifically tailored to smaller organizations. The Qmentum International Accreditation has three levels: Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Galenia Hospital was accredited at the Platinum level, demonstrating full compliance with international standards, and was also granted accreditation for international travel services.<\/p><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Certification of Healthcare Establishments is the recognition granted by the General Health Council (CSG), a collegiate body that reports directly to the President of the Republic and has the status of a health authority, to healthcare establishments that voluntarily participate and meet the necessary standards to provide services with quality and safety to patients.<\/p>

Este programa denominado Qmentum International, se basa en el prestigioso modelo canadiense de salud que se ha desarrollado a trav\u00e9s de una amplia investigaci\u00f3n y experiencia.<\/p>\n

Las normas internacionales de excelencia Qmentum cubren la totalidad de forma continua de la atenci\u00f3n de salud. Las organizaciones en todos los sectores de la salud utilizan las normas fundamentales, las normas espec\u00edficas del servicio se aplican para los servicios cl\u00ednicos en base a su perfil de seguridad. Tambi\u00e9n existen normas para la organizaci\u00f3n eficaz, prevenci\u00f3n y control de infecciones y manejo de la medicaci\u00f3n que se adaptan espec\u00edficamente a las organizaciones m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as.<\/p>\n

La Acreditaci\u00f3n Qmentum International tiene tres niveles: Oro, Platino y Diamante.<\/p>\n

La acreditaci\u00f3n del Hospital Galenia fue de nivel Platino, con el cumplimiento m\u00e1ximo de los est\u00e1ndares internacionales adem\u00e1s de que se le otorg\u00f3 la acreditaci\u00f3n por los servicios de viaje internacionales.<\/em><\/p>\n

La Certificaci\u00f3n de Establecimientos de Atenci\u00f3n M\u00e9dica es el proceso mediante el cual el Consejo de Salubridad General reconoce a los establecimientos de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, que participan de manera voluntaria y cumplen los est\u00e1ndares necesarios para brindar servicios con buena calidad en la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y seguridad a los pacientes.<\/p>\n

Somos parte del exclusivo 10% de hospitales en M\u00e9xico que cuentan con esta certificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
